Re-enrolment

As a member of Tooting Gymnastics Club, it is your responsibility to ensure course fees are paid on time.  Information on how and when to pay can be found under the tab “Member Info”. This information is also included in the FAQ and Code of Conduct document that you would have been sent upon joining the club.

As a reminder, existing members have priority over the waiting list, and their places are kept open for them until one week prior to the “New Members Registration Week” which is one week before the end of term. If existing members have not re-enrolled one week prior to the “New Members Registration Week” then their place is no longer guaranteed, and it will be offered to new members.

Places for the Gymnastics Club are only guaranteed if FULL payment has been received within the re-enrolment period (half term or full term).

Existing members are able to “reserve” a place with a £10 non refundable deposit, per gymnast, but the remaining fee must be paid in full by the end of the current term e.g. the last Friday of term or with prior arrangement on the first week of the following term.

If a deposit or part payment is made and the remaining course fees not paid by the beginning of the first week of the new term then your place is NOT guaranteed, and will be offered to someone else, unless you have either contacted us via email (tootinggymclub@btinternet.com) left a message or text via phone (07703 599 558) or spoken with Stephanie at the Admin Desk,  to advise us differently.  This message must reach us before the start of term.

Any outstanding fees not paid by the end of the term and no prior arrangements made and assuming your place is still available, a £5.00 late payment admin fee will be added to the course fees.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds.
