As a member of Tooting Gymnastics Club (TGC), it is your responsibility to ensure course fees are paid within the payment period to guarantee your child continues to have a place at the Club.
Course fees are required to be paid during the current term, therefore before the following term starts.
TGC members have the option of paying for a Full Term or Half Term. Full Term fees are discounted.
TGC members have priority over the waiting list.
TGC members places are held/reserved for the duration of the payment period only.
TGC members places are only guaranteed if FULL payment has been received within the payment period.
TGC members are able to “reserve” a place with a £10 non refundable deposit, per gymnast, but the remaining fee must be paid in full by the end of the current term.
If a deposit or part payment is received and special arrangements have been made for the remaining fees to be paid at the beginning of the new term, and these remaining fees are not received by the first week of term, then your child’s place is NOT guaranteed, and maybe offered to someone on the waiting list.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, unless under very special circumstances.
