New Members
New members joining the club will be sent an email confirming their place and details of when and how to pay, including Bank Transfer information.
Places for New Members are guaranteed upon receipt of FULL payment for a minimum of half a term.
Payment periods will varying depending on when the places were first offered and when you are joining, and payment must be received within the payment period.
Registration and Medical Forms must be completed and returned on the first week of the term.
It is expected that you READ the Code of Conduct before joining the club. These are emailed to you when we confirm your place.
Once you become a Member of Tooting Gymnastics Club, course fees are paid during the current term, for the following term. As a member you have priority over the waiting list, therefore your place is held/reserved for you during the payment period. If after the payment period your course fees have not been received your place is no longer held/reserved and it maybe offered to someone on the waiting list.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds, unless under special circumstances.
